RCS is deployed via SmartDialog by opening an RCS account and integrating the service via an API or user interface.
RCS messages can be sent in SmartDialog either via the user interface or via the API interface. Messages can be sent individually or in groups and, if required, an SMS fallback can be configured if RCS is not available.
