Partnerships: Referral and Resale

We offer referral and resale partnerships to digital agencies, marketing agencies, and software and technology companies that want to complement their offerings with SmartDialog’s versatile messaging services and channels.

Referral – Referral Partnerships

Referral partnerships provide leads to Arena Interactive, which sells the solutions to customers. When a customer agreement is successfully concluded, the partner receives a referral commission for 12 months.

The commission consists of an agreed share with the partner from the installation and maintenance fees of messaging services as well as transaction fees from operations.

Reseller – Resale Partnerships

Resale partnerships market, sell, and manage their Arena Interactive messaging service customer relationships entirely independently. Resellers receive a resale commission for 12 months.

The commission consists of an agreed share with the partner as a discount on technology purchases or as revenue sharing from service installation, maintenance, and transaction fees.
