A WhatsApp message is an instant message sent directly to the customer’s WhatsApp app. Through SmartDialog, you can send and receive messages that can include text, images, videos, audio and action buttons. Customers see the messages in the familiar WhatsApp channel and can reply freely or with buttons.

Arena Interactive will set up the WhatsApp channel for you. Through the service, an official WhatsApp number and identity will be obtained for your company, after which API connections will be opened for sending and receiving messages. A Business Manager account is required from the customer.

You can send a WhatsApp message in SmartDialog either via the web interface or directly from your own system using the API interface. Messages can be sent individually or to groups using approved message templates.

Once your business account is verified, you can start sending 2000 WhatsApp messages per day. The number of WhatsApp messages will automatically scale according to usage.
