Integrate SmartDialog’s SMS messaging services into Moontalk’s communication solutions for customer communication, customer contact, customer survey creation, and customer service processes. The goal is improved customer experience and customer understanding.
Customer service calls the customer. After the call, Moontalk automatically sends information to the SmartDialog interface, where call-related settings and restrictions are verified. The customer receives a defined SMS message or SMS survey.
Customer service receives a customer call. When the call ends, a notification is automatically sent to the SmartDialog interface. After approved verification, the customer receives an SMS message or SMS survey to which they respond.
The SMS message sent to the customer can include a link directing them to a survey form on a website. The survey link can be personalized to target a specific event and contain data related to the call or customer service representative.

SMS survey messages were implemented for Moontalk’s customer following incoming and outgoing calls in customer service. An incoming call to the Moontalk system is routed either to an automated attendant that provides options to the customer, or directly to a customer service representative. When the call ends, an SMS message is automatically sent containing a link to a survey form. Moontalk’s SMS survey integration provides the customer with a seamless feedback channel through which information about customer needs can be collected.


Moontalk’s customer wanted to ensure that people who call the company’s customer service can reach them, even if for some reason the call cannot be answered at the time of the call.
