RCS is modern, visual, interactive communication. Send individual and group RCS messages to your target audiences and receive responses directly in SmartDialog messaging services.

WhatsApp

Send individual and group WhatsApp messages using approved message templates. WhatsApp messages can include action buttons, images, videos, and free-form responses.

Other Messaging Channels

Email

Send gift codes and survey messages via email. SMS-to-Mail forwards your text messages to email, and Mail-to-SMS forwards your emails as text messages.

Webhook

The SMS-to-Webhook service allows you to route messages from your website. Incoming messages can be forwarded to a Webhook address, and return messages can be retrieved from a Webhook address.

FB and IG Messenger

Receive Facebook Messenger and Instagram Direct Messenger messages for one-way and two-way messaging services. You can communicate with your customers through these messaging channels.

MMS

Send and receive images in messaging services via MMS messages through SmartDialog's APIs. Incoming picture messages can be forwarded directly to your system.
