A text message (SMS) is a traditional message sent over the mobile network, which works on almost all phones and subscriptions. SmartDialog allows you to send both individual and group messages via the SMS channel and receive messages to the system or to your own backend systems via API interfaces. SMS is a reliable and fast way to communicate both in Finland and abroad.

SMS messages can be sent via SmartDialog in two ways:

  • via a web interface where messages are manually written and sent
  • via API interfaces, allowing messages to be sent directly from your company’s own systems (e.g. CRM, marketing platforms) automatically
