Customer service calls the customer. After the call, information from the Enreach Campaign is automatically sent to the SmartDialog Query Service, where the settings and restrictions related to the call data are checked.
The customer receives an SMS request, as defined in the service specifications, which may contain several chained SMS messages that change according to the customer's responses.
Customer service will take your call. When the call is completed, the customer's details are automatically sent to the interface, which checks the service settings.
Once the check has been approved, an SMS message is sent to the customer, to which the customer replies. If the response contains low scores, it is immediately forwarded to predefined emails.
The SMS message sent to the customer can include a link directing them to a survey form on a website. The survey link can be personalized to target a specific event and contain data related to the call or customer service representative.
