Integrate messaging services into Enreach calling systems
The SmartDialog service platform has direct integrations for implementing smart survey services as part of Enreach Campaigns and Enreach Voice services. You can purchase call system messaging service integrations for your use from Arena Interactive or Enreach.
Enreach integrations allow you to connect one-way and two-way SMS messaging services to inbound and outbound call systems. You can attach automated opinion and NPS surveys to calls via SMS or questionnaires.
SmartDialog has integration with the Enreach call system API interface, through which SMS messages are automatically sent based on certain rules. You can view the integration’s message traffic from the SmartDialog web interface, where you can see statistics and message reports.

Enreach integration
Integrate SmartDialog’s SMS messaging services into Enreach’s call system solutions for customer communication, customer contact, customer survey generation and customer service processes. The goal is a better customer experience and understanding.
Enreach Campaign Outbound
Customer service calls the customer. After the call, Enreach Campaign automatically sends information to SmartDialog's Inquiry Service, where the settings and restrictions related to the call information are checked.
The customer is sent an SMS inquiry according to the service's specifications, which can contain several chained SMS messages that change based on the customer's responses.
Enreach Voice Inbound
Customer service receives the customer's call. After the call ends, a notification is automatically sent to the interface from the customer's information, which checks the service settings.
After an approved review, the customer is sent an SMS message, to which the customer responds. If the response contains low grades, it is immediately forwarded to the previously defined e-mail addresses.
Web surveys
An SMS message sent to a customer can contain a link that directs to a survey on a website. The survey link can be customized to target a specific event and contain call or agent-related data.
Reporting data on survey responses is sent to the company as selected, either aggregated or in real time.
