At Arena Interactive, we have successfully licensed all our customers’ SMS sender IDs to operators. The SMS Sender ID authorisations will come into force on 4.5.2026.

IDs applied for and authorised for the organisation are displayed in SmartDialog. If you need to make any additions, changes or deletions to your SMS Sender information, please contact Arena Interactive’s Customer Service and we will review the information with you. Please also contact us if you have any other questions regarding authorization or security of your IDs.
Once the authorisations have entered into force on 4 May 2026, it will then be possible to make additions and changes to SMS Sender Sender ID data directly from the SmartDialog interface.
What is the difference between SMS sender data protection and authorisation?
Arena Interactive handles both SMS Sender ID protection (Traficom registration) and authorisations.
