Arena Interactive has implemented SMS communication integrations into Moontalk’s communication solutions. SMS message sending has been automated for various incoming calls and callbacks.

Moontalk’s client wanted to ensure that individuals calling the company’s customer service always receive direct contact with them, even when the call cannot be answered at the time for some reason. Post-call SMS messages were implemented for customer service calls in cases where the call was not answered or was directed to voicemail.

After the call, an SMS message is sent containing instructions or a link to, for example, an appointment booking service. The solution provides the caller with the experience of a successful contact and directs customers to the company’s services.

SMS Surveys for Moontalk System Calls

Moontalk’s client needed a solution to integrate feedback surveys into customer service calls for different call types, such as calls to customer service representatives or voicemail, as well as callbacks.

An integration implemented by Arena Interactive was used, where calls to and from the customer service are followed by SMS query messages. The incoming call is routed to an automated answering machine option, or directly to a customer service agent. When the call has ended, a link to the questionnaire will be sent via SMS.

Moontalk’s SMS survey integration provides the client with a seamless feedback channel for collecting real-time information about customer needs.
