Feedback Surveys Integrated with Sinch Contact Pro
We implemented customer satisfaction and NPS survey integrations for Barona into the Sinch Contact Pro customer management system via SMS and Email messages.
Barona’s customer services receive customer contacts through calls and emails. Barona needs centralized, up-to-date information on whether the service experience across different channels is satisfactory.
The measurement of customer satisfaction will be automated through integration. Survey messages are sent via SMS, Email and questionnaires. In the SmartDialog, the settings and restrictions desired by Barona, such as the number of messages sent per day, are added to the messages sent.
In the integration, contact information from calls and emails is retrieved from the Sinch Contact Pro API. Survey responses are delivered to Barona daily for reporting purposes. Additionally, responses from survey forms are transferred in real time to the Sinch Contact Pro system, directly into contact records.
