SmartDialog Expands with New Messaging Channels
SmartDialog is a next-generation service platform for intelligent digital communication across various instant messaging channels. The most widely used and fastest-growing channels are SMS and WhatsApp. This growth is driven, among other factors, by the ability to integrate these communication channels with automated B2B and B2C communication solutions and cloud services.
Through SmartDialog, we offer a variety of additional instant messaging channels for corporate communications. Currently, SmartDialog’s 1- and 2-way messaging services and Dialog Conversations support Facebook Messenger and Instagram Direct Messenger in addition to SMS and WhatsApp. To diversify corporate communications, SmartDialog will soon gradually introduce an “extended SMS” or RCS messaging channel. Currently, RCS works on Google phones with Elisa’s network connection. The offering is now expanding to other carriers and Apple devices.
