Arena Interactive and R-kiosk the R-Gift is an electronic code that is sent to the by SMS to, RCS message or e-mail to the recipient. The recipient can redeem the selected product at any R kiosk in Finland (excluding hotel kiosks) by showing the QR code at the checkout.

Codes can be sent from the SmartDialog interface via SMS, RCS, WhatsApp, or Email messages, or added directly to automated reply messages sent to customers. The SmartDialog interface also provides detailed tracking of code redemptions.

Our media clients have used multiple distribution methods across various channels to deliver gift codes.
Savo-Karjalan Media delivered summer gift codes to staff via SMS distribution. Keskisuomalainen chose to print the gift codes and distributed code coupons at points of sale as a thank-you to new subscribers.
