Our company has been strongly committed to partnerships. In cooperation with our partners, we have integrated SmartDialog’s message services into several cloud services, such as Microsoft Power Platform, MS Dynamics, Office 365, Salesforce, HubSpot, Liana, Atex Kayak and Enreach.
What partnership program options are there?
Referral partners
Referral partners deliver leads to Arena Interactive, which sells the solutions to the portential customer. When the contract with the customer is successfully concluded, the partner is paid a referral fee for 12 months.
The reward consists of service installation fees, monthly maintenance fees and transaction fees based on the customer’s activity in accordance with the share agreed with the partner.
Reseller partners
Reseller partners market, sell and manage customers entirely themselves. Resellers are paid a resale commission for the entire lifetime of the customer.
In accordance with the share agreed with the partner, the reward consists of either a reduction in the pricing of the technology purchase or as revenue sharing from installation, maintenance and transaction fees.
