2-way messaging service is one of the services included in SmartDialog. All services are managed through the same, easy-to-use user interface. You can choose one service or combine the ones them you need.
2-way messaging functionality
To send and receive messages, you can use the versatile and well-documented API interface, or you can send and receive messages manually via the web management interface. Messages and data content can be received from several different channels (SMS, MMS, WhatsApp, Webhook) to the same service.
SMS features
- Sending and receiving text messages in Finland and abroad
