SmartDialog expands with new messaging channels
SmartDialog is a new generation service platform for intelligent digital communication across various instant messaging channels. The most used and fastest growing channels are SMS and WhatsApp. The growth is driven, among other things, by the ability to connect these communication channels with automated B2B and B2C communication integration solutions to cloud services.
Through SmartDialog, we offer a variety of other instant messaging channels for corporate communications. Currently, SmartDialog’s 1- and 2-way messaging services and Dialog Conversations support Facebook Messenger and Instagram Direct Messenger messages in addition to SMS and WhatsApp. To diversify corporate communications, SmartDialog will soon gradually introduce an “extended SMS” or RCS messaging channel. Currently, RCS works on Google phones with Elisa’s operator connection. The offering is now expanding to other operators and Apple phones.
At the heart of SmartDialog is the Dialogue Service, which allows you to start and receive an unlimited number of simultaneous, free-form conversations from multiple messaging channels. Instant messaging channels allow you to incorporate videos, images, audio, and other files into your communications more efficiently. You can offer recipients direct action buttons that make it easy to start comments and contacts. The user experience improves when conversations can be held in a free-form manner without the use of search terms and in the exact messaging channel where your contact wants to communicate at that moment.
