With Microsoft Power Platform, Salesforce, HubSpot and Zapier integrations, you can send and receive text messages and WhatsApp messages, and manage contacts and contact groups between SmartDialog and CRM systems, such as Adobe Campaign, Oracle Eloqua or Zoho CRM.
Together with partners, we offer integrations to marketing systems such as Liana Cloud or Sinch, ordering systems such as Atex Kayak, and customer service call systems such as Enreach, Moontalk and most recently Genesys Cloud.
