The main messaging channels in 2-way communication are SMS, MMS, RCS and WhatsApp. Messages and data content can be received from several different messaging channels in the same service.
Sending and receiving text messages and instant messages is straightforward: 2-way messaging services are connected to the organization’s own systems via our modern API gateways or using SmartDialog’s web interface. Sending and receiving messages to back-end systems is possible, for example, with our direct Microsoft, Salesforce, HubSpot connectors and Zapier integrations.
