SmartDialog includes two ways to collect payments made by consumers. Payments can be received either via SMS billing or via mobile payments made using mobile devices.
The SMS billing service can receive paid SMS messages sent by customers. In SMS billing, a short number, keywords and prices between €0 and €50 are activated for the service. Based on the keywords or search terms, the message sent by the customer is directed to the correct service.
In mobile payment, price ranges between €0 and €50 are flexibly activated for the service, with which the customer can make a payment with a few clicks. In connection with mobile payment, it is ensured that the terminal device is connected to a mobile network. When the operator’s system gives billing permission, the payment transaction is successful.
One-time payments can be made with SMS billing and mobile payment. Continuous billing is also possible, in which case the payment is automatically charged monthly.
A successful SMS payment or mobile payment is invoiced to the customer according to the service price category in connection with the telephone bill. Arena Interactive recognizes successful payments to the service provider on a monthly basis and delivers a comprehensive report of payment transactions.
