SmartDialog messaging channels
SmartDialog is a modern messaging software that allows you to manage intelligent digital B2B and B2C communications. SmartDialog includes several messaging channels through which communication is reliable, cost-effective and global. Our main messaging channels are SMS, RCS and WhatsApp. In addition to these, SmartDialog supports MMS, Webhook, Email, Facebook and Instagram Messenger messages.
Sending and receiving text messages and instant messages is easy with SmartDialog’s web/mobile user interface or through API. You can view real-time statistics of messaging channels, messaging traffic and reporting.
Our messaging channels use modern and secure interfaces: SmartDialog SMS API, RCS API and WhatsApp API. Using messaging channels directly from a company’s own backend systems is possible with Microsoft, Salesforce, HubSpot connectors and Zapier integrations, as well as ready-made SMS API integration solutions for our partners’ systems.

SMS
Send individual and group messages via SMS to your target groups in Finland and abroad. Receive messages directly to SmartDialog or your own systems via modern SMS API interfaces.

RCS
RCS is modern, visual, interactive communication. Send individual and group messages to your target groups with RCS and receive replies directly in SmartDialog's messaging services.

Send individual and group messages on WhatsApp using approved message templates. The content can include action buttons, images, video and audio files, and you can reply in a free-form manner.
Other messaging channels
Send gift codes and survey messages via email.
SMS-to-Mail forwards your text messages to email, and Mail-to-SMS forwards your email as a text message.
Webhook
With SMS-to-Webhook service, you can route messages from your website. The incoming message can be forwarded to the Webhook address and the return message can be retrieved from the Webhook address.
FB and IG Messenger
Receive 1-way and 2-way messaging services like Facebook Messenger and Instagram Direct Messenger. You can chat with your customers in these messaging channels.
MMS
Send and receive images to messaging services via MMS messages via SmartDialog interfaces. Incoming image messages can be forwarded directly to your system.
