In Dialog Service, you can send and receive messages and start conversations from individual messages. The company can start sending messages with an SMS or WhatsApp message. Conversations can be held alone or with a team. The customer can start dialog conversations with an SMS, WhatsApp, Meta Messenger message or Webhook message. The conversation can be continued in the selected message channel.
In Dialog Service, messages, images and other data files can be received from several different message channels to the same service. Incoming messages can be replied to with versatile data content. In SMS and instant message conversations, you can return to the conversation and continue communication, taking into account previous conversation history.
Simultaneous dialog conversations are managed with web interface, either on a computer or mobile device. We provide all operator connections and numbers for SMS and WhatsApp communication.
