SmartDialog’s Code Service allows you to attach promo codes to SMS and instant messaging communications, for example, for handling customer feedback, refunds for complaints or customer satisfaction surveys.
The codes can be your own promo codes, or they can be automatically generated in our service, with the desired features and restrictions.
The distribution of codes can be connected directly to your company’s systems via our API interfaces. You can send codes from the SmartDialog user interface via SMS, RCS or WhatsApp messages, or add the codes to automatic return messages sent to customers, for example, to customer service surveys. We also implement ready-made campaigns in which we handle sending codes via SMS or email.
The distribution and use of codes can be monitored using the statistics and reports in the SmartDialog user interface.
