Partnership programs
We offer referral and reseller partnerships to digital agencies, marketing agencies, software and technology companies that want to complement their offerings with SmartDialog’s versatile messaging services and channels.
Referral partners – Recommender
Referral partners deliver leads to Arena Interactive, which sells the solutions to customers. Once a contract with the customer has been concluded, the partner is paid a referral fee for 12 months.
The fee consists of the installation and maintenance fees for messaging services and transaction fees for operations, in accordance with the share agreed with the partner.
Reseller partners – Reseller
Reseller partners market, sell and manage their Arena Interactive messaging service accounts to customers by themselves. Resellers are paid a 12-month resale fee.
The fee consists of a discount on the purchase of technology or a revenue share of the set up, maintenance and transaction fees of the services, in accordance with the share agreed with the partner.
