The SmartDialog service platform has direct integrations for implementing messaging and intelligent query services as part of Moontalk’s call systems. You can purchase the call system messaging service integrations for your use from Arena Interactive or Moontalk.
SmartDialog and Moontalk integrations allow you to connect SMS messaging one-way and query services to inbound and outbound call systems. You can attach automated SMS messages or queries to calls that are implemented using SMS or survey forms.
SmartDialog has an integration with the Moontalk call system API interface, through which SMS messages are automatically sent based on certain rules. You can view the integration’s message traffic from the SmartDialog web interface, where you can see statistics and message reports.

Moontalk integration use cases
Integrate SmartDialog’s SMS messaging services into Moontalk’s call system solutions for customer communication, customer contact, customer survey generation and customer service processes. The goal is a better customer experience and understanding.
Moontalk Outbound
Customer service calls the customer. After the call, Moontalk automatically sends information to the SmartDialog interface, where the settings and restrictions related to the call are checked. The customer is sent a specified SMS message or SMS query.
Moontalk Inbound
Customer service receives the customer's call. After the call ends, a notification is automatically sent to the SmartDialog interface. After an approved review, the customer is sent an SMS message or SMS survey, to which the customer responds.
Web surveys
An SMS message sent to a customer can contain a link that directs to a survey on a website. The survey link can be customized to target a specific event and contain data related to the call or customer service representative.
