Manage digital customer communications with SmartDialog's Kayak Plus Messages integration. ​

Send 1-way SMS and Email messages or 2-way SMS subscription messages, to which the customer responds by selecting their desired subscription option. Subscription information is stored directly in the customer management system. ​ ​

Marketing bans can also be transmitted via SMS to Kayak's subscription management system.

Telesales confirmation messages

In telephone sales, a contract for the sold media product is only created when the order has been accepted in writing. ​ ​

Confirmation can be handled with SmartDialog's Kayak Plus Telesales SMS integration. The information of the order placed by phone is logged in the Kayak system. ​

A confirmation request is sent to the customer via SMS regarding the order. By replying to the text message, the customer can confirm their order.

Search for customer and order information

SmartDialog's 2-way services can utilize the Kayak customer number search integration. ​

When an SMS arrives in the service, it is checked whether a customer relationship related to the phone number is found in Kayak. If a customer relationship is found, the customer number is sent as a return message.​ ​

With SmartDialog's KayakAgent integration, you can search for customer information and order history, phone number, or customer number.

Order information check

SmartDialog's 2-way services can use Kayak subscription verification integration. ​

When a text message arrives in the service, it is checked whether there is a valid subscription on Kayak with that phone number, with the selected subscription terms. ​ ​

The subscription verification can be used as a condition in other functions, for example in a return message sent to the customer or sending a subscriber benefit.
