Arena Interactive Oy’s customer register
Purpose of the register
The purpose of the register is to manage Arena Interactive’s customer relationship and to carry out communication, sales and marketing on the basis of the collected customer data. The information can be used to develop Arena Interactive’s operations and produce more personalized, targeted content in online and communications services. Personal data is processed within the limits permitted and required by the Personal Data Act.
Information contained in the register
The personal register contains the following information:
– Person’s first and last name
– Email address
– Telephone number
– Contact information of the company represented by the person
Person behavior information
Website visits to the Arena Interactive websites (IP address, browser, time, page visits, location and cookie information)
Personal actions on Arena Interactive websites (entering data using forms on the pages and downloading data from the pages)
Receiving and responding to communication sent by Arena Interactive.
The data is located in the following cloud service systems
Zoho CRM and Zoho Desk cloud service system
Microsoft Office 365 and Azure AD cloud service system
Registry information sources
The information in the register is retrieved from Arena Interactive’s Zoho CRM system and publicly available website sources. Information contained from Alma Talent Decision-makers’ register and from Leadfeeder’s B2B tool, can also be used as a source of information for the register.
Disclosure of information
The information in Arena Interactive’s customer register is only for Arena Interactive Oy’s own use. The information will not be disclosed outside Arena Interactive or for the use of its partners, except as required by law. The information in the register is processed within the EU.
View, move, and delete data
The person has the right to check the stored data. If there are errors in the data, the person can request that the data must be corrected. A person may also request a restriction on the processing of data and prevent the use of their data for marketing purposes. A person has the right to request the deletion of data from the register. In matters related to the review of information, you must personally contact Arena Interactive’s customer service, which handles registry matters.
Protection of the registry
The information in the register is kept confidential and protected from unauthorized persons. The register will not be disclosed to third parties. Access to the registry requires Arena Interactive’s internal network user rights. The registry is located on Arena Interactive’s secure server.
