The joint management portal for operators and service providers serves as a centralized location for processing sender ID authorizations.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Regulation M28-L requires telecommunications companies to implement the following changes effective November 2, 2026:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>If a message uses an unauthorized sender ID, the sender will be changed to \u201cSpam\u201d<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If an unauthorized Finnish phone number is used in a message, the message will be blocked.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<div style=\"height:25px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">SMS Sender ID Security Measures and Authorizations<\/h3>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Arena Interactive smoothly handles the authorization and security processes for SMS sender information, as well as the registration of identifiers, on behalf of its customers in collaboration with telecom operators.
