We are looking for someone to fill an experienced sales role at our Jyv\u00e4skyl\u00e4 office<\/strong>\u2014someone who enjoys opening up new opportunities, managing challenging sales processes, and winning major accounts.<\/p>\n\n As a Senior Account Executive, you\u2019ll play a key role in driving Arena Interactive\u2019s growth. You\u2019ll be responsible for acquiring new medium-sized and large clients and building a strategically significant sales pipeline. The role combines active \u201chunter-style\u201d new business development, consultative solution selling, and the ability to build long-term client relationships.<\/p>\n\n In this role, you will lead sales processes from prospecting through to the closing of strategic deals. You\u2019ll engage with clients\u2019 management, marketing, customer service, and technology decision-makers, and build solutions that support client growth and the development of client relationships. At the same time, you\u2019ll actively engage at the interfaces between the Group\u2019s various business units and identify new opportunities, including for joint sales.<\/p>\n\n We expect you to demonstrate a track record of successful B2B solution sales, particularly in acquiring new customers. You have experience working with medium-sized or large companies, and you know how to align the client\u2019s business objectives with the possibilities offered by technological solutions. You understand the SaaS business model, subscription-based services, and the importance of integrations as part of the customer\u2019s overall solution.<\/p>\n\n We offer you the opportunity to have a real impact on the direction and commercial development of a truly growing and agile company.
