Barona needs centralized, up-to-date information on whether the service experience across different channels is satisfactory.  <\/p>\n<p>The measurement of customer satisfaction will be automated through integration. Survey messages are sent via SMS, Email and questionnaires.  In the SmartDialog, the settings and restrictions desired by Barona, such as the number of messages sent per day, are added to the messages sent.  <\/p>\n<p>In the integration, contact information from calls and emails is retrieved from the Sinch Contact Pro API. Survey responses are delivered to Barona daily for reporting purposes.
