You can attach <strong>automated surveys to calls, implemented via SMS or survey forms<\/strong>. Form surveys can be personalized and targeted to specific service interactions.  <\/p>\n<p>With the <span style=\"color: #254a8e;\"><a style=\"color: #254a8e;\" href=\"https:\/\/sinch.com\/products\/contact-pro\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Sinch Contact Pro integration<\/a><\/span>, you can connect SmartDialog&#8217;s <strong>automated SMS and Email survey services<\/strong> to Sinch. SmartDialog has an integration with the Sinch interface, through which contact information is retrieved at desired intervals.
