Our SmartDialog platform is a new generation communication platform for intelligent digital communication across different communication channels. The most used and fastest growing channels are SMS<\/a> and WhatsApp<\/a>. One of the factors contributing to this growth is the possibility to connect these communication channels with automated B2B and B2C communication integration solutions in the cloud. <\/span><\/p>

In addition to SMS and WhatsApp, we offer a wide range of other communication channels for businesses. SmartDialog’s 1-way and 2-way messaging services<\/a> and Dialogue Conversations<\/a> support Facebook Messenger and Instagram Direct Messenger messages in addition to SMS and WhatsApp. In order to diversify business communication, SmartDialog has also introduced “extended SMS”, i.e. RCS messaging channel<\/a><\/span><\/strong>. Currently, RCS<\/a> works on Google phones with Elisa and DNA operator connections. The offer is being extended to other operators and Apple phones. <\/span><\/p>
