SmartDialog Expands with New Messaging Channels
<\/strong><\/h2>

SmartDialog is a next-generation service platform for intelligent digital communication across various instant messaging channels.<\/span><\/span> The most widely used and fastest-growing channels are SMS and WhatsApp.<\/span><\/span> This growth is driven, among other factors, by the ability to integrate these communication channels with automated B2B and B2C communication solutions and cloud services.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>

Through SmartDialog, we offer a variety of additional instant messaging channels for corporate communications.<\/span><\/span> Currently, SmartDialog’s 1- and 2-way messaging services and Dialog Conversations support Facebook Messenger and Instagram Direct Messenger in addition to SMS and WhatsApp.<\/span><\/span> To diversify corporate communications, SmartDialog will soon gradually introduce an “extended SMS” or RCS messaging channel.<\/span><\/span> Currently, RCS works on Google phones with Elisa’s network connection.<\/span><\/span> The offering is now expanding to other carriers and Apple devices.<\/span><\/span><\/p>

At the heart of SmartDialog is the Dialogue Service, which enables you to initiate and receive an unlimited number of simultaneous, free-form conversations across multiple messaging channels.<\/span><\/span> Instant messaging channels enable you to incorporate videos, images, audio, and other files into your communications more efficiently.<\/span><\/span> You can provide recipients with direct action buttons that make it easy to initiate comments and contacts.<\/span><\/span> The user experience improves when conversations can be conducted in a free-form manner without the use of keywords and in the exact messaging channel where your contact prefers to communicate at that moment.<\/span><\/span><\/p>
